The management team has handed over to the Kosovo government draft status for Association, which conflicts with Kosovo laws and with recommendations by the Constitutional Court.
Government officials have confirmed for “Zrin” the admission of such a draft, which they say they refuse.
The managing team for drafting the draft Association of Serb-run municipalities has handed over a draft document to the Kosovo government, which falls completely opposed to the Kosovo Constitution.
For this reason the country's executive is not accepting the Association draft, which has recently been handed over by the management team.
Government officials confirmed that the management team has drafted an anti-legal and unconstitutional draft for Association, with the cases suggesting they will not accept the same.
The management team for drafting the Association has been composed only of members of the Serb community in the country, which the draft Association has drafted under the Brussels Agreement, not according to recommendations by the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.
