In this case, U.S. Embassy representative, military attaché, Colonel Jeffrey Fischer, on behalf of the United States of America, handing their gratitude for the extraordinary service to Major Ali Vis, to the army officers Arba Rushiti, Alban Shyti and soldier Predrag Maksimovic, in recognition of their work and commitment to the self-initiated action, in response to the situation of first aid in the country, stressed that US Embassy staff and FSKSK staff are proud of the FSK action, and that all of these are working together, in response to a more powerful and professional day.
