For one more explanation:
The Pristina municipality does not issue permission for fireworks because it has no competence. We're sharing the law and the permit we've left for the concert.
Every year ProCredit organises the anniversary concert with renowned artists, and each year we have issued consent on the condition that they receive the University of Pristina's permission. We've led them to pirotechnic tools. MPB and police as required by the Law.
In Pristina, The PCB has financed two large parks, in Dardan and Heroin. For that, we thank them.
Even so, Pristina would be grateful if fireworks money could be spent on planting additional trees.
We support civic initiatives, but it would be good to launch a general for the pyrotechnics. There's only enough research to be done about the import of tools and also about the permits issued every week. And compare to other countries.
But I can't understand the slanders of my former colleagues that every event is being abused for attacks. Last year there were 3,000 kilos at the same event that went to the principal and there was no reaction. This year for 1000 kilos they didn't give a shit.
