Two of the three accused guilty of the cruel murder in Vushtrri

After reading the indictment by the prosecutor of the case, Zeynep Kela, accused Lieburn and Rayhan Ajazaj have pleaded guilty to the work they are accused of by the prosecution, expressing regret over what had happened.

While the accused, Jalkoli, was acquitted.

This plea was backed by the defenders of the defendants, as well as by the prosecution, but was rejected by case judge Tomislav Petrovic.

Judge Petrovic has said that there are objective links and subjectives that the three defendants have committed criminal work.

On the other hand, the defendants' lawyers, Imer Ahmetaj, Musa Damati and Zehra Verbovci, have demanded that their defenders be assigned a softer measure, such as house arrest.

Judge Tomislav Petrovic has announced that the detention measure for the three defendants will continue for another month, while due to the strike on which the tribunal workers are at the court will make efforts to compile the decision translated into Albanian over detention as soon as possible.

Petrovic has also announced that the second judicial review in the case will not be held, while the parties are likely that, in the 30-day term, they present their objections.
