This situation creates haze on unemployment figures. On the one hand, as students, they are not viewed as unemployed, and on the other, when they receive a degree they cannot exercise their profession.
Students who are conducting studies are also skeptical that after completing their studies, they will be able to find a job.
The criticism of the Ministry of Education, which has allowed such a situation, has civil society.
On the other hand, Rron Djindovci from the O organisation The RCA, which runs the monitoring of education in the country, says the Government should intervene in improving this situation that has become chaotic, the cause of large number of students.
Meanwhile, education ministry officials say they are working on drafting a concrete plan on the issue.
