5 points for dialogue in the Assembly
- The Kosovo Assembly does not have to talk about new dialogue when we MPs did not discuss the old dialogue. It does not run in the new dialogue with Serbia without considering the premises, the process, agreements, implementations, as well as the results of the 2011-2017 dialogue. The more the Government has brought a 38-page material on the achievements and challenges in implementing Brussels' agreements. This material should be discussed and examined in advance.
- In the Kosovo country, it should not be discussed in the performance of its new dialogue and safetys, without the government first taking the burden of proof of argument why we need this dialogue right now and what is its meaning. This should include clarification of the correct understanding of expressions such as <x0 total”, “abnormalization”, “legally binding”, “painful Subcompromis” and so on.
- The right order of things is that we need to officially establish Serbia's demands, and then let it seek dialogue with us. Serbia owes us so much, we have what we ask her, right? Therefore, the Kosovo Assembly must in advance discuss and approve the demands of the Republic of Kosovo on the Republic of Serbia.
- Brussels' main agreement, that of August 25th 2015, turned out to be anti-unconstitutional. Each of the seven chapters of Zayednica has violated the Constitution in a total of 23 articles! Shouldn't we discuss political, institutional, moral, and so on. Of acts? Those Kosovo officials and politicians who are insisting on this new dialogue are more or less those who supported the Zayednica.
- Without the Republic Assembly mandate, the current president launched the new dialogue with Serbia. He ignored the character of our parliamentary republic and not alone. Thaci met with Serbia's Vuciqiw a few days after meeting Medvedev of Russia with whom he declared “Prime Minister Medvedev briefly informed him of developments in Kosovo and the region.” The President shouldn't be an informant. The Kosovo Assembly gathering representatives should address the president's personal adventure and take a stand on its actions without mandate and its conduct without integrity.
