In this case, the MMPH minister said the purpose of this workshop is to inform the permit procedures through this information package to become standardization and unification for accelerating construction permits.
She added that 352 thousand illegal construction is counted in the Ministry of Environment, Environment, Environment and Spatial Planning.
While Kosovo Communist Association Chairman Agim Veliu said Kosovo municipalities have been involved in drafting underground construction acts.
For that, he said municipalities have noted progress in services to speed up construction equipment.
“With the drafting of sublegal acts will be further cut back on construction permits procedures. The municipalities have achieved a high standard for transparency in terms of construction permits. This has been achieved thanks to the commitment of mayors, but their aim is to increase electronic services for issuing construction permits via internet”, Veliu has said.
He demanded that the law be adopted as soon as the law is passed for legalisation of construction without permission.
While Merita Behluli from USAID has presented the information package, hoping that Kosovo institutions will also issue electronic permits in the near future, such as the countries of the region.
