German Police Station Commander Chris Gjokaj has confirmed that the lightning struck two young men while they were working.
“Rasti has occurred in Neveokaz, lightning has struck two young people during the works. They have been sent to the Gjakova for medical treatment, yet one of them has passed away, and the other is out of danger for the life of”, Gjokaj said.
Time.net teaches that the victim is 23-year-old Salvation Kabashi from the village of Xrxe of Rahoveci.
