Zharku: Bechtel Enka has been paid bills for his duties

Former Minister Zharku has said there is no single bill that the government has not paid to the Bechtel Enka Company.

Zharku says this company has done no work for which it has not been paid.

He has indicated in T7 that the contract was meant to last 42 months, but due to lack of budget, the contract has not been concluded over time.

He has said both Government and the company in question knew there was not enough money to complete the work for 42 months.

And on the other hand, current Minister Paul Lekaj has accused Zarko of wrong during this process, and that if he were an expert as he claimed, the situation would not come so far. /Periscope
