They have asked EU states to remove the visa regime for citizens from Kosovo.
Through a Facebook post Wessel has said that Kosovo has met all criteria for visa liberalisation, but the whole obligation does not end here.
In these crucial months, we must continue to fulfill our European agenda”, Vessel wrote.

I thank the European Union institutions, the Euro-deputes, for giving the visa liberalisation process to our citizens. Kosovo institutions should not stop working until the fulfilment of the fundamental and merit rights to move freely to Europe. As a framework, we have launched an initiative that has found support from the country's institutions and from EU member states. Kosovo has met all criteria for visa liberalisation, but our entire obligation does not end here. In these crucial months, we must continue fulfilling our European agenda, while communication with all EU institutions and any other influential mechanisms in this process should intensify.
