General Kim Jong-chol had as a mission to deliver a letter from North Korean leader Kim Jong, his American counterpart, President Trump. If it really happened, in Singapore, the historic meeting would be the first between a incumbent American president and a head of state from North Korea. State Secretary Pompeo called his meeting Thursday, with the focus talks on deregulation of the Korean Peninsula, with General Kim as the positive “ ”.
