Strikes and street protests are warning miners of the metallural giant Trepca. That if in Trepca's draft status, it doesn't include their demands that are not slim.
The chairman of the Independent Trade Union of Trepca miners, Fatmir Sadiku, has announced some of the miners' demands.
“Kena demanded that countries around the mines be introduced into the draft, the Trepca assets because it's an elaboria where we've asked for a particular article to be introduced, we've requested social problems for pension law, disability law, work stymat to be counted from 89-99, Benevolents, health insurance, family legacy. These are some of the demands”, Sadiku first declared.
He has announced that they have so far held two meetings with the Economic Development Commission.
But it has stressed that it is most likely that this draft will not be approved at all, as members of the Commission have, according to him, received many remarks.
We've had a meeting with the Commission yesterday, and we're in the talks, and we're seeing our demands finding our space to put them on the draft board, but I'm pretty likely convinced that this draft will not pass. We have two meetings with the Commission, but neither are they. There are many major remarks and vagueities about draft”, the chairman of the Union says away.
Sadiku has warned mass street protests and strikes if requirements are not implemented.
But it has left open its ability to start drafting a new statute if the current does not have enough support.
If not implemented in the statute, the situation will continue this is the request of the miners. Which could either strike general or protest mass on the strike on the way out. If that statute is stopped, then you have to wait for it to turn to zero, and make it a literal statute that should be part of the resolution of the” statute, Freci Sadiku stressed about the news.
For the miners' remarks at this stage, he has blamed the Board and the commission that was established near the Ministry of Economic Development.
Sadiku claims the board has ignored the miners' demands.
And include our stock as we're shareholders, but the board hasn't included the demands. The board, along with this case, has been working a commission with the Ministry of Economic Development. The board has not intervened, but it has taken it back, has not taken into account our” demands, has ended Sadiku's eye.
But the possibility of protests and strike as pressing has been named Minister of Economic Development Valdrin Luka.
Luka days earlier in a statement on news.net had said changes to the draft are now made by the Commission.
The first “is very pressing on all sides to take measures, since the Trepca statue has gone to Parliament, that is, the Parliamentary Commission has decided to create a processing gru that to consider all demands slowly, given time. We, as a government, followed the work of the Board in Parliament. Now Parliament is left with the incorporate or not those demands. It would have been good to have the union wait a little longer, to see what's going on, so the Commission wouldn't work under pressure from threats”, Minister Luka has said.
The deadline the union has given to the Commission is next Monday.
