Thaci after meeting with Vucinqi: Last moment for final solution, or we'll pay dearly

After meeting with President Vuciq and senior EU representative Federica Moghrini, president of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, has spoken to the media, saying the meeting, which has lasted about four hours, has not been easy. Thaci has said they agreed with Vuciqi that the talks continue even more [...]
Thaci has said they have agreed with Vuciqi that talks continue further, towards a final solution.
However, he has also left open the possibility that this final agreement would not be reached.
And if that happens Thaci has said that both countries will pay dearly.
Thaci's full word after the meeting:
We just completed a meeting with President Vucic with Mogher's mediation
It has been a not easy, difficult meeting, but with our positive look to the future, for the interest of both countries.
We agreed that the process will take on a dynamic and intensify in the coming weeks.
We have also come to a conclusion that reaching the final agreement between the two countries, Kosovo-Serbia, is in the best interests of normalisation and peace in the Western Balkans.
This solution is of European standards for both Kosovo and Serbia.
Today we have discussed how to reach a general framework for this agreement, which will be acceptable to both peoples.
So people can look to the future, not the past.
We will hopefully work towards reaching the final agreement, but even if the agreement is not reached, we should work together with mutual respect.
We are very aware that this conflict is more than a century old, and it is not easy to reach a permanent solution between the two peoples.
But our past, too, imposes good neighborhoods on both countries.
It's a good moment for reaching this deal, and if we lose this moment, we'll pay a very high price.
