He, as FoNet notes, has said that n1 exists, citing the example of Russia and Ukraine, which in the time of the Soviet Union were members of the United Nations but did not recognise each other's independence.
Regarding the Kosovo Army, Jankovic has said its armed forces are reality, but, according to the report, should be seen how they are brought under control through the OSCE.
According to Jankovic, the Kosovo problem cannot be solved by undemocratic regimes in Belgrade and Pristina.
“We will solve this problem”, Jankovic said.
