According to this newspaper, things about this issue are not going so easily, especially taking before the eyes statements coming from Serbia and Kosovo, which, in each of these cases, are completely controversial.
All these recognition withdrawal processes are conveyed by contradiction, and here's what they look like according to this newspaper, Coca.net broadcasts.
Suriname
The problem first occurred with Surimin, who is the first state in the world since late October last year, attracted recognition. At that world, Serbian diplomacy chief Ivica Dacic said that “had worked hard and had talked a lot of”. He also stressed that in this “operation” our “man who has a lot of contacts with authorities in Suriname”.
The withdrawal was denied in Pristina.
The appeal of recognition does not exist as a concept in international law. It's all slander, while Dachic is charlatan”, quoted “blic” as saying then Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli's adviser, Jethlir Zyberaj.
In the end, says this newspaper, it proved that the attraction had indeed been made.
Sao Tome and Príncipe
Shortly after that, Dachqi had spoken of the state of Sao Tome and Príncipe. This is probably a slightly more specific case, since, then, during political unrest in the country, the government coalition had made a decision to recognise Kosovo's independence.
Following government changes in that country, the new power annulled the decision and accused the government of recognition and corruption. It all happened during 2013.
The Kosovo side claims recognition exists, because in Pristina “has reached verbal marks”.
Guinea Bissau
News that Guinea Bissao has drawn recognition of Kosovo has been revelations at the joint conference of Ivica Dacic and Guinea Prime Minister Bisao Umaro Sisko Embal. You were the prime minister who denied the information then that his country would recognise Kosovo as independent.
“I have not seen any documents for the recognition of Kosovo”, “blic” quoted him as saying, broadcasting Koha.net.
Two months after the withdrawal of this recognition, Kosovo officials confirmed that this country had again recognised Kosovo.
Foreign Minister Behegjet Pacolli had done this on Twitter, stressing that the Guinea government Bisao had confirmed it knows Kosovo.
However, in Serbia it had never achieved a document that speaks in favour of Kosovo's statements.
Burundi
In February of this year, Daciqi had announced the opinion that the state of Burundi had drawn recognition of Kosovo's independence.
“These days in Pristina is celebrating the 10th anniversary of Kosovo independence. I want to make a contribution. I have brought myself the grade of the Burund Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with which recognition of Kosovo's” withdraws, Daciq said.
Pristina again denied.
Liberia
The last case is the appeal of recognition that Liberia made. Dachic received his novel from Liberian colleague Gbezongar Milton Findley. The note says, among other things, that Liberia has recognised Kosovo in 2008 on the basis of information that Belgrade was unwilling to talk about resolving the crisis in Kosovo's <x0).
The retreat will last until Kosovo talks end.
Behgjet Pacolli again denied this information.
