My highest considerations were expressed to officials of friendly states, accredited diplomats in our country, state and party officials of Kosovo, ministers, advisers, as well as analysts and people of art, culture and academic world, for their comforting telegrams.
On this occasion, I especially thank the prime minister of the Republic of Montenegro, Dusko Markovic; Commander of Allied Joint Forces in Naples, Admiral James Foggo; Republic of Macedonia Speaker Talat Xhaferi; Former Albanian President Rexhep Meidani; World ancestor of the Bektas, His Holiness, Haxhi Dede Edmund Brahimaj; Kosovo ambassadors Greg Delawi, Didier Chabert, Laszlo Markus, Gernot Pfandler, Marija Kapitanovic, Bojan Bertonelj, Ivo Silhavy; International officials serving in Kosovo, General Salvatore Cuoci, commander of KFOR, Zahir tani, chief of UNMIK, Isabel Servoz éulucci, Ruud Vermeulen, Alessandra Roccalsalvo, Rachel Lindon; analyst Alex Grigoriev and Steven Scook.
