Communist leaders had promised that they would arrive last year's spring, while dates have been continually postponed, KTV reports.
Citizens who use public transportation are indignant at the delays in reaching the second contingent of 21 buses.
The first 30 had arrived at the beginning of 2017.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development had conditioned the arrival of buses on the renovation of the garage, for which this bank had earmarked an 800 thousand euros.
But now that garage fixing is over, the municipality must meet another condition by the EBRD, sign an agreement with Urban Traffic.
It's been two years since the purchase of 51 buses from the Czech company “Iveco”.
As new buses arrive, more lines, new stations, and electronic tickets have also been warned.
