Berat Rexhepi's house is located near the Education-Curture Centre for Young People in Lipjan, which opened last year.
Rexhepi, who grew up in this country, says he is concerned about the safety of his family and other residents here, KTV reports.
He says they're afraid of people standing in the center, because the ward is open and, according to him, they've seen their strange behavior.
Rexhepi claims that two people had surpassed the fences last month.
Centre Director Arif Beqaj says he understands residents' concerns, but according to him, minors are not dangerous, as they claim.
At this center are currently about 25 minors suffering educational mass.
The European Union has invested about threem euros in its construction.
