The president of the Philippines, Rodrigo Dutterte, has been criticized for kissing a woman on the lips while giving a speech.

Dutterte was giving a speech in South Korea when she called the woman on stage and convinced her to kiss her.

This action was described as “the disgusting illustration of a bad president” from the Philippine rights group “Gabriela”

It is not the first time Duterte has been charged with improper behavior toward women.
