The latest is European Council President Donald Tusk.
“Spiegel” writes that he is the newest friend of this project, bearing the stamp of German Chancellor Sebastian Kurz.
According to the German magazine, this camp will be set up in Albania or one of the North African countries.
Tusk's document says that all refugees rescued at sea should be gathered at this camp.
Something like that will be discussed at the EU summit in late June.
It is at this summit that the decision will be made whether Albania will open the green light for launching negotiations.
The German magazine writes that such a plan can also bring about movement in Germany's drive between CSU and CSU, since Chancellor Angela Merkel has given her two weeks to resolve the issue of asylum seekers.
