Two policemen are being attacked in Kamenica, arrested one person

Two police officials were attacked in Kamenica today.

Police spokesman for the Gjilan region, Ismet Hashani, told KALLXO.com that police officers were attacked after declaring two tickets, one of them for the passenger who is being found in the police-banned car.

Two cops were attacked today. The police patrol has stopped a car, and during the search and documentation, a ticket has been pronounced by drivers. Another ticket was pronounced to the passenger who was in the car”, Hashan said.

According to Hashan, the ticket declared against the passenger has prompted the latter in sign of riots to attack police officials.

“In sign of alleged passenger uprisings, the suspected passenger has left the car and attacked the two police officers. Police have taken over and arrested the suspect. He was interviewed in the presence of the defence attorney and on the order of the same prosecutor was sent to the detention for 48 hours”, Hashan said.

According to him, the case has been initiated as an attack on official persons in carrying out the task.
