According to the Private Sector Workers' Union, a 16-year-old sister-in-law has lost his life today at the Styropor factory in Prizren.

For disrespecting the state labour code now, even children have begun to lose their lives because of the neglect of the Ministry of Labour”, the union community says.

But Kosovo police have not arrested anyone for the case.

Kosovo Police spokesman for that region, Haziri Berisha, has said the information has been accepted at around 12:13 minutes, and police patrols according to him have appeared immediately at the scene.

Also informed was the emergency at the regional hospital that was released at the scene, and because of the nature of the injury in that incident, the fire unit had to be called. The victim allegedly fell into a car and lost his life, while all relevant units for conducting investigations have emerged at the scene and the state prosecutor has been informed. Once upon a time there's nothing more”, he said.

Berisha indicates that the worker in question has fallen into a machine that handles wind processing.

When asked if anyone was arrested because of the age of the child and the charges of the Union, he started arguing with the editorial, saying “who tells you that he should be arrested when a 17-year-old” works. Although he has not been able to relate exactly the age of the worker for whom the union claims to be a child.

We know it's I 2001 [born]”, he said.

Kosovo's Independent Union of Private Sector has announced that today, he lost his life at his place of work, a 16-year-old working at the Styropor factory in Prizren.

I regret to inform you that according to the first information today, a 16-year-old man from Prizren's village of Lubizhde. The worker worked at the Styropor factory in Mushnikova, Prizren.”, says the Union's announcement.
