Persecuted: Albanian people's assassins unapprehensible

Extremism and nationalism have become a stronger form in all countries of the former Federation Republic of Yugoslavia. There are no reactions, analyses, scientific opinions and thoughts in Serbia that encourage. Intellectuals are silent. There are no reactions, analyses, scientific opinions and thoughts in Serbia that encourage. Intellectuals are silent. No one dared raise the question of why he bombed NATO and who is responsible for Serbia's bombings?
Every March 24th, we listen to Milovan Drekuni and the military commanders, the generals, during the holidays for young people who were killed in Kosres, and no one dares ask who sent the boys 18 and 19 to their deaths. The public presence of extremist groups, particularly trained to prevent any cultural or memorial events regarding other victims, has become our daily routine. Sheshel is also a political and media person, said “Danas”, the Periscopi broadcast.
None of this, Natasa Ka persecuted, founder and former executive director of the Fund for Humanitarian Law (FDH) and co-ordinator of the KOMRA Initiative (The Regional Commission for the Founding Facts on War Crimes and other Human Rights in the territory of the former RSPJ from 1 January 1991 to 31 December 2001.
On the other hand, Ka persecuted adds, Serbia's leaders compete in civilisations ʹ unacceptable acts that prevent Kosovo athletes from participating in the European race in Serbia; diplomacy decreases in punishing small countries to attract recognition of Kosovo's independence; Every March 24th, politicians rush to turn the public against NATO triples the current number of victims from 756 (Serbs, Montenegrins, Albanians and Roma).
What can KOMRA do to various state/government commissions and nongovernmental organisations?
The KOMRA force has regional character and potential to link facts established by The Hague Tribunal and domestic courts in unified methodology, to verify the identity and information of death gathered by NGOs within the Coalition for KOMRA, I CRC, ICMP, national commissions and other government bodies, as well as national association of victims' families.
The upcoming July meeting of the leaders of the Western Balkans and EU members involved in the Berlin Process in London will show a strong political point for the presidents of Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Macedonia, when it comes to a job that has never been treated in the Balkans -- a list of victims of war and the circumstances of their death.
Asked whether this region will ever face the past?
At this moment, there is no political will to address the court's facts for the most serious crimes of war and begin for common commemoration. In a political and moral sense, we are a potential society. We do not worry about hiding the facts and distorting the past.
Do you think Hashim Thaci and Aleksandar Vucic will reach an agreement on relations between the two states by the end of this year?
At times it seems to me that Serbia's president acknowledges that Kosovo's membership in the UN is in the interest of Serbs in Kosovo and Serbia. In that sense, he interpreted his critic in the KPS paragraph in a frozen conflict, as the solution to Kosovo's status, or when he says: “better than nothing has ever been resolved... we are waiting for an opportunity for a new conflict, from which we have come out so we would have disappeared...” Repeatedly, however, he denies the language of the former Vuchy himself. I think authorities and the opposition forget that about 100,000 Serbs live in Kosovo and that only 15,000 Serbs in the north. That fact obliges Serbia to reconcile with Kosovo institutions in accordance with the real situation since after the war, half of the Serbs remained in Kosovo.
Who opposes improving the position of Serbs in Kosovo?
Of course, “patriots”... Unfortunately, the orientation of the Democratic opposition has no understanding of the need to establish new and good relations with Kosovo. It is against Kosovo's membership in the UN. If it is true that Serbia's president has offered an American proposal with broad authorisation of the Serb Community and to pave the way towards EU membership, in turn granting the approval for Kosovo's UN membership to Serbia and Serbs in Kosovo to accept this proposal. Otherwise, we're not gonna be okay.
How do you see war criminals live well in their countries?
Serbia and all other countries in the region are safe houses for convicted war criminals and thousands of perpetrators of crimes that are not and probably will not be prosecuted. Unfortunately, over time, there are cases when courts release direct authors due to lack of evidence. This happened only in Kosovo. The International Judicial Chamber acquitted Zoran Vukotovic of killing four Albanian civilians on 5 May 1999 in Vushtrri. For this murder, the FDH filed a criminal complaint with Belgrade District Prosecution in December 2002 against the same Zoran Vukotic and Goroljub Paunovic. With the first-instance decision, Vukotovic was acquitted and Paunovic was probably still at large in Belgrade./Periscopi/
