It has received President Hashim Thaci's invitation to the opposition to be included in the final phase of dialogue with Serbia, which will begin this Sunday. The head of state, even, does not recognise the right to represent Kosovo in this process, writes Koha Ditore today.
At a press conference organised Wednesday, the president has said to have the mandate and even the constitutional obligation to represent the state of Kosovo in the international arena, and to lead to the end of dialogue with the northern neighbour. He has declared this, just a day after he and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq have received the invitation from the European Union's top representative, Federica Moghrini, on June 24th to participate in the first meeting of the final phase of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, which will be finalised with a legally binding agreement.
