A media communiqué reportedly addresses Kosovo's Afarism with this requirement to institutions, given the fact that this bill should not pass without first consulting the business community in order to consider their recommendations as well.
OAK maintains that if this bill is passed now, it will without question be done preliminary with businesses and as such will not be in business interest.

Hail honourable ones.
The Kosovo Afarism Oda requires that the second review of the Mine and Mine Bill at the plenary session to be held tomorrow (19.06.18).
Kosovo's Afarism Oda is directed at this requirement based on the fact that this bill should not go away without first discussing with the business community in order to get their thoughts and recommendations.
The OAK has submitted recommendations for this bill by April 2nd and has invited the commission after taking part in the public hearings made in the Kosovo Assembly on the 28.03.2018 basis of the Parliamentary Commission for Economic Development.
During this time OAK has also held meetings with the separation sector (companies that draw sand from rivers) and there are demands from this sector to be separated from the mining and stun sector (see link: http://odaefarism.org/333-where-e-zyre-te-km-se-per-nicence/
Therefore, Your Honor, if this bill is passed now, it will without question be done in advance with businesses and will not be in business interest.
