The first thing you need to do if you have ultraviolet burns is to alleviate burns and the pain caused by skin burns.

  1. First take a cold shower of soap, and for additional relief, mix water with the bread soda, which helps alleviate inflammation and scratch. This combination best reacts when it drys itself in the skin, so let it dry itself instead of drying itself.
  2. The apple hook and the white vinegar are another option that can be beneficial. Mixing cold shower water with a cup of vinegar relieves sunburn pains.
  3. Another option is a 15-20-minute fresh water bath. After that, gently dry your skin with a clean towel, for friction of skin during drying will only irritate it further. Once you have dried your skin, coat it with natural oil such as vitamin D oil. Let your skin absorb this oil for a few minutes and then apply a hydrated cream or lotion.
  4. If your skin is damaged by burns, then put something cold in it, but make sure you do it correctly. Wrap a layer of ice in a wet cloth and keep it on the burnt part. This will absorb heat from your skin, narrow blood vessels and reduce swelling.
  5. Another effective method is a mixture of milk, water and ice. Take a cup of milk, 4 cups of water, and some ice cubes and wet a clean rag, put it on the burned spot for 15 to 20 minutes and repeat this action every 2 to 4 hours. Protein, fat and pH of milk have an anti-inflammatory effect on the skin.
  6. Make a pastry of corn and water and apply it directly to the sunburn because it acts as an antiinflammator.
  7. Like milk, yogurt has proteins and fats that can treat burnt parts to alleviate pain. To relieve your pain, apply yogurt in all areas burned by the sun, then wash it in a fresh shower, and then gently dye the dry skin.
  8. You can also take advantage of the lettuce, which has analgenous value. Soil water, which must be consumed and then cool in the refrigerator for several hours, apply to paint the skin burned with some cotton balls.
  9. The most direct option is to use ice - cold water. Throw water and ice into a bowl, a basin a rag in it, and place it on the burnt part. Repeat this process several times a day, in 10 to 15 minutes.

You must be aware that if the burning seems to be spreading, you may have an infection that makes your condition worse.

You should also contact your doctor if you're taking prescription medication. There's a chance they make you more sensitive. Some drugs, such as antibiotics, sedatives, and antifugal drugs, oral contraceptives, diuretics, diabetes drugs, can increase the sensitivity to the sun and cause reactions.

The most secure and important way to limit exposure to ultraviolet rays is to avoid going straight to the sun for longer periods of time. This is especially important from 10 to 16 o'clock when UV radiation is stronger.

Don't make the same mistake twice. If you have been burned by sunlight, it takes a time of 3-6 months for your skin to become normal. When you have a sunburn and the high skin layer is hidden, the new skin is more sensitive than ever. That means you'll burn even faster than you've burned before if you're not careful.
