MZHE Makes Decision for Local Public Company (Dok)

Following request from the Public Banking Company (NPB) to the Ministry of Economic Development (MZHE) for a legal opinion concerning the constitutionality of the decision to appoint Hajdar Hoxha at the helm of the company has come the latest reaction from the MZHE.

This ministry has proven that the decision has been in accordance with the law and that it cannot at the top of this company stand a person to whom it has expired.

That is what the director of Property in the Pristina municipality has announced simultaneously, even the head of shareholders at NPB, Dren Kukaj.

“The Ministry of Economic Development with a legal opinion gave the Pristina Community rights in relation to the uncertainties related to the National Public Company. That opinion could not be different because the law is clear.
