EC monitors arrive in Skopje on Monday

As announced by press service The APEC, deputies Liz Christophersen from Norway and Valeriu Giletci from Moldova are expected to meet with Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, Constitutional Court Chairman Nikola Ivanovski, with MPs, political party leaders, with special public prosecutor Katica Janeva, with judges, civil society representatives, media and diplomatic representatives in the country.
On Monday, Christopher and Giletci in Parliament will meet with Bethany Kitev, chief of the Macedonian Parliamentary Assembly at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (APKE).
The talks will focus mainly on developments since the latest report of the PACE representatives' visit in May 2017 with a special focus on the judiciary and the country's overall progress in order to meet its obligations to the Council of Europe.
Christopher and Giletci will hold a press conference during the last day of their visit to Skopje on 20 June.
