Tahiri announced that, according to the bill, at the moment of the establishment of the indictment for the official person, the person in question will be suspended from work, be it low or high officials, writes Rtv21.tv.tv.
While when the official person is convicted of misuse of office, he is barred from 1 to 10 years from exercising his activity in public institutions, depending on the court ruling.
The task of this bill, according to the minister, is all of the people whose police and prosecutors investigate they have misused the official position.
According to Tahiri, when a person misuses even 500 euros of his official position, his wealth from that moment will be revised for the past 10 years, to understand the way he acquired his wealth, and whether he can prove that he earned it in a way.
