Milosevic's Wife Sentenced to Prison

The Supreme Court in Belgrade has sentenced Mirjana Markovic, wife of Serbia's notorious former president, Slobodan Milosevic, to one year in prison today. Markovic has been convicted after allegedly having had influence on members of the government commission for the illegal division of government dwellings in 2000.
