Zogaj, from 2008 to 2013, was a member of the PDK branch in Drenas, KTV reports.
Since 2017, when he completed his mandate as deputy, Zogaj was not employed, and now he has been secured the new position with votes from his party colleagues.
For civil society, political leaders are continuing to exploit the power to comfort loved ones in high positions in public institutions.
From the organisation “Arise” say that this is how suspicion arises about nonprofessionalism and questions about how many of the chosen person will be in service to public interest, before that party.
But, Zogaj, who will officially take office on July 15th, claims the Agency will serve without political overtones, saying the country's martyrs are over the party.
Zogaj has said that the priority in his work will have the memorial complex “Adem Jashari”, where the Jasharaites' homes are on the verge of collapse.
Zogaj received 45 votes from 85 MPs while in the hall, 9 more than his counter-Candidate, Besim Mulaj, who received 36 votes.
