Former mafia returns to Kosovo: I have respect for Ramush Haradinaj

Former Gambino family mafia in the United States, Albanian-American John Alite, has said today there is respect for Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.

Alite, who first came to Kosovo today, said Haradinaj is a hero.

“I have great respect for Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj. It's important for me to show that he's a hero for me”, Alite said, in a statement to the media at the facilities of the International Airport “Adem Jashari”.

John Alite is Albanian from Gjirokastra, born and raised in Queens of New York.

He has come to Kosovo to promote his biographical book, in which he relates his experiences from life in the Gambino Mafia family.
