Meanwhile, starting on 17 September this year's implementation of the anti-tax shift on this axis, Koha Ditore writes today.
Albania's Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Damian Gjiknuri, along with Finance and Economy Minister Arben Ahmetaj, presented the tax relief scheme for street users on the Milot-Morin axis in Tirana on Friday.
More than 10 consultative meetings with the community and interest groups have been held. The interministerial group, which has negotiated with the concessionary company based on these demands of interest groups and budgetary spaces, has managed to close the tax relief package for the local community. The group has accepted the demand of businesses (mainly Kosovo) to move the restart of implementing the tariff crossing beyond the current tourist season. Consequently, the payment transfer to the Milot-Morin axis is scheduled to begin applying starting on September 17th, 2018.
