LDK's next deputy chairman does not oppose Thaci as chief negotiator

Haki Rugova has refused to go against the idea that Hashim Thaci is chief negotiator in dialogue with Serbia. He has said that the LDK will come out on Monday with a final stance. He has promised to respect any decision the Party of Isa Mustaf will make. So far, LDK officials have given conflicting positions [...]
Neither the LDK deputy chairman, Haki Rugova, has agreed to say the pro or against the idea that Hashim Thaci is the leader of the Kosovo team in dialogue with Serbia.
He has only said he will support the party's position to be taken, in all likelihood, on Monday.
The LDK's “position you have to see Monday. In the following period our positions --” -- have declared Rugova on Sunday, for Express.
On the other hand, Agim Veliu's Lutfi Haziri have not come against the idea that Thaci is chief negotiator.
Haziri has said that the LDK does not benefit anything if it is acquired politically on the president's back. Until Veliu said maybe it was his former leader. The PDK would not want to be the leader of such a sensitive process.
Meanwhile, Avdullah Hoti, at Friday's conference, has said that for LDK, it is more important what will be discussed as to who the team leader will be.
Kosovo-Serbia post-war dialogue has been led by presidents. Initially by Ibrahim Rugova then by Fatmir Sejdiu.
In wartime in Rambouille, President Rugova was not allowed to be Chief of the Delegation, leaving Hashim Thaci as leader.
Last week, President Thaci has spoken as chief negotiator. He has also warned compromises with Serbia within the dialogue.
Kosovo and Serbia have also developed the Brussels dialogue, which Hashim Thaci has led at times as prime minister and now as president.
The Democratic League of Kosovo, though in opposition, has supported the Government of Kosovo in several decisions, including ratification of demarcation with Montenegro.
