At this meeting, the delegation from Kosovo presented the results of their work in the dialogue process, with European Union officials praising the work of the Kosovo delegation, sharing satisfied with Kosovo's performance in the process.
The Kosovo delegation, ahead of European Union officials and its 28 members, raised the issue of not implementing the energy agreement, integrated border management, obstacles to the opening of the Mitrovica bridge, non-recognition of diplomas on the part of the Republic of Serbia, and serious obstacles to freedom of movement.
The Kosovo delegation, supported by the EU, made once again clear that the Association of Serbian municipalities will not have executive competencies and will not in any way be the third level of power, but will be association within the Constitution and laws of Kosovo.
The delegation's chief, Avni Arifi, is committed to all agreements indiscriminately implementing immediately.
