Angiography has been bought at the value of 2 million and 600 thousand euros, while despite the estimated purchase of nearly half a million euros, it has not yet been brought to Kosovo, although the deal on its purchase was made at the end of 2015, the delay due to the failure to implement the equipment under the required standards.
The agreement was 440,000 euros higher than the purchase price of this device. This value was designed for conspiracy after the device was adopted. This had caused additional expenses as management fee 10 for 2,450 euros, as well as a commitment fee worth 1,336 euros due to the delay in withdrawing means for this deal”, the report said.
According to this report, in the analysis done by the Health Ministry (MSH) in the absence of this device that deals with cardiology diseases, MSH roughly pays 5,000 thousand euros a year to treat patients in various hospitals who perform these services.
The Health Ministry refuses that angiography device has been bought for nearly half a million more expensive.
