Kosovo Army Only Through Law

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has almost impossible to turn the Kosovo Security Force (FSK) into the Armed Forces.
He has stated during yesterday that it will be impossible to secure Serbian deputies' votes for changing the Kosovo Constitution, so he has said he will be forced to do so through changes in the laws.
On the other hand, the FKS Ministry also stated to the newspaper “Voice” that they are consulting international partners for resolving the issue. But connoisseurs of political affairs have claimed that there will be another form of military making besides constitutional changes.
According to them, making the military will be the result of compromises in exchange for association. On the other hand, opposition in the country is calling the current government unable to resolve this issue
