Kosovo police have arrested three suspects from Kosovo and a foreign citizen, as the same are trying to pump counterfeit money into the market.
The event has occurred in Pristina, while the Constitutional Court's decision has been checked by one of the suspects' residence and black paper and chemicals for counterfeiting money, 400 euros ready money, 2 phones, etc.
