The chairman of the court, Silas Lokaj, said prosecutor Gashi has announced that she could not be present Thursday in the trial with excuses that on that day of the week she is appointed by the State Prosecutor at the General Department.
In addition to the prosecutor, the injured party's attorney, Granit Vokshi, and three witnesses -- Naser Kaluldra -- lives Aliqkaj and Nuredin Bislimi.
