International affairs director Africa Hoti in an interview for Periscope has talked about the final phase of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, which he believes will have no compromises.

According to him, Serbs are trying to destroy Kosovo's judicial system and are making efforts to enter the EU as soon as possible.

There are attempts by Serbs to destroy Kosovo's legal system. It is Serbia's attempt to rush with accelerated steps towards the EU, even though, in the actual sense, they are much more ahead of Kosovo and many other countries in the region, Hoti has said.

Professor Hoti has talked about creating association, saying there should be no executive competence.

His creation would imply that Serbia would change its constitution. All provisions currently in Serbia's Constitution will be delivered to the Association statute, which creates separate reports with the Republic of Serbia. With this structure, Serbia would say that we should definitely walk towards the EU, you don't worry you're within the KSF, you have special reports with Serbia so together we walk to the EU. In this direction I see efforts by Serbs, but we must be extremely careful to give them any human rights, the highest standards known in international rights, to the extent that they do not affect the functionality of internal law order and the integrity of Kosovo's sovereignty.

According to him, if the integrity and sovereignty below 1, and the function of the judicial system under 2, it would have to be said a great deal of these agreements.

As for the Kosovo summit Serbia during next week in Brussels, which is said to be discussed also on the border issue between the two stations, Hoti believes this topic will be later.

The issue of border or demarcation may be a topic of discussion only when there will be recognition between two countries. We cannot discuss such topics if Serbia says the border is in Macedonia. It will come to later stages when Serbia and Kosovo will sign the treaty and normalise the reports, even if there is no full recognition, says Hoti. /Periscopi/
