Pristina's Constitutional Court has dismissed the former director's indictment of the Anti-Corruption Agency (AKK) Hasan Preteni, who on behalf of him and the AKK has indicted the organization Get up! with claims of slander and insult.

In addition to the COHU organisation!, in the same indictment he also included Arton Demhayan, Lorik Bajrami and Besnik Boletin, journalist at the Kosovar Centre for Investigative Journal, who in this dispute are represented by lawyer Admir Salihu.

In addition to the COHU organisation!, in the same indictment he also included Arton Demhayan, Lorik Bajrami and Besnik Boletin, journalist at the Kosovar Centre for Investigative Journal, who in this dispute are represented by lawyer Admir Salihu.

The court has dismissed the AKK's indictment as illegal, while the private indictment of Preteni is unfounded.

“After assessing the claims of the second indictee Hasan Preteni and the objections of indictees put forward by their representatives regarding the slander and insult of indictees, the court, referring to managed evidence found that the plaintiff's application is unbashed”, said in the indictment.

The trial imposes the plaintiffs to make up for the efforts of the indictees in many of the 1,393.60, all in the 15-day term by the indomitability of this act under threat of violent execution”.

The indictment was filed with 07.05.2012 in connection with a Preportr report on the failure to declare business by seven Kosovo Parliament deputies.

Otherwise, former AKK director Hasan Preteni, from the time of the indictment, has rejected co-operation with the COHU Organisation! and the Kosovar Centre for Investigative Journalial Journalial Journal . Preportr.
