Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has declared that the war with Serbia is closed with fighting cuts, but the end of the war is only when both sides know each other.

The head of government has declared that the recognition of Kosovo and Serbia will happen and that it is in the country's interest and that we should not fear to sit at the table and complete recognition.

These comments did Haradinaj during the Alliance of Young Kosovo's Work Assembly, where, among other things, Kosovo has said Kosovo will have visa liberalisation, the military, as well as membership in Interpol.

“We without getting acquainted with Serbia find it difficult to complete our processes, because a war has opened with Serbia. That war has ended with the end of fighting in 99, today it is marked, just today. Today is the anniversary of the fighting break, but ending the war is when both sides in war know each other. Those parties that have fought, as Serbia-Croatia has recognised, Bosnia, will happen even between Kosovo and Serbia, is our interest, and we should not fear that. Me sat at the table like Kosovo, with the recognition closed, he said.

For that recognition to happen, Haradinaj said that we must give something out of what is not returned and that it must be overcome over the pain of the most loved ones killed in the war.

And what we need to give in order for recognition to happen, unfortunately, we have to give from what doesn't come back, from what doesn't get compensated, from what doesn't compare to anything else, we have to go over our pain for the loved ones we have, who are killed in war. It's about a lot of defenseless civilians, Krusha, Meya, Studies, and many other countries in Kosovo that we have. Why did I say that we have to give it, so we have to get to know each other, we have to agree with those who are getting to know each other as two jobs, that's also some kind of apology, but it's not legal pardon. That when two people agree with each other, two states, two peoples are a sensitive moment and there's not how Kosovo, there's how Hashim Thaci in this case don't think about people at Studies in Vushtrri when he has his wife's brother. There's no way Ramush saw Me in Krusha and everything we know. There is no way that Kadria did not think of all those massacres that have occurred, and Isa, and Albin, nobody represents our country without a day to go on this reconciliation or for this reconciliation we must overcome this pain”, he said.

This sacrifice, according to Haradinaj, should have the courage not only to accept but also to support a peace between Albanians and Serbs without obscene deals.

The international union must have the courage not only to accept this Kosovo as the biggest contribution it made to peace in the Balkans, but to support a peace between Albanians and Serbs without dirty deals anymore. Without saying what Kosovo gives him, we don't know what's greater than passing our pain. What we had to give for communities is our Constitution, there's nothing else. The reconciliation is hard to give, I am to reconcile with Serbia on behalf of recognition I am moving forward. It's the interest of generations and it's our way ahead, we have to do this, it's not to be intimidated, but I'm not for bad choice, better without it, no matter how long it's written without a final solution we stay, but not the bad solution that we can't get back all that sacrifice”, he said.

The head of the government has also spoken of visa liberalisation, where he said visa liberalisation is a work to be achieved.

While it has voiced confidence that the country in November will be joined in Interpol.

We need to feel free and this is moving freely, visa liberalisation is a work that is reaching those critical moments of its own, we're going to get to work. Skeptics, whether here or abroad, we tell them who benefit from free movement, young and young, beautiful, handsome, wise, proud of ourselves, with their identity. Kosovo will run until its final, the final is UN membership, recognition with Serbia and completion of our independence processes on the international plan. But before we get there, in the process we're going to become Interpol members. Crime is a danger for all, national crime, transnational crime is even worse, among the state. Kosovo's membership in Interpol is to be protected from transnational crime and not exported national crime. If someone blocks Kosovo, do not become an Interpol member is helping crime. Our membership in Interpol is expected this November and we will be with all partners”, he said.

Kosovo this year, according to Haradinaj, will also have its own army.

This year we will be with our army, the Kosovo Army. Time has passed, but this time is not lost that during this time our Security Force has won the confidence of all Kosovo Serbs and Serbs, there are young and young people like you in the northern Serbian army serve in Kosovo. With this, we have removed the evidence from all of us that we are making, not armies for nationalist affairs, but armies for what the entire advanced world has done for security, for protection against the dangers that we all face. So this year this will happen”, Haradinaj said.
