Pacolli's Facebook mailing:
Meeting with Liberian President Mr. George Weah, was truly kind and in the spirit of friendship and close co-operation between the two countries. Among other things, with President Weah we agreed to open the Liberia Embassy in Pristina, while our interstate co-operation will be raised to the highest level. President Weah clearly stressed that Liberia as one of the first states to have recognised Kosovo would be powerful in supporting our country's membership in important world organisations. Weah, who has once been the winner of Europe's gold ball as a player of Milan, said he is willing to host a friendly match with Kosovo's football representative. President Weah, who is also an old friend of mine, gladly accepted the invitation to visit the Republic of Kosovo.
