According to BE, the pace of negotiations for EU membership depends on progress in rule of law and normalisation of relations with Kosovo.
As Serbian media write, the EU Council of Ministers will welcome the Serbian government's commitment to European integration as a strategic “strategic goal”, but also require that this strategic election be presented better to the Serbian public.
