Environmental Cooperation Breaks Up

She, in this case, thanked the Swedish state for its continued support of Kosovo, particularly in the field of environment, by which she estimated Sweden is a very good example to follow in terms of environmental issues and environmental problems.
The minister also showed concern because of Kosovo's lack of water resources information since 1984 and that it is interested in starting with research to observe the current water capacities situation.
While Ambassador Nilsson said that environment and climate change are the area of particular importance and that international co-operation is key to achieving success. He also urged that environmental issues and local population involvement be addressed by all local communities.
Otherwise, Sweden is working in the process of a new four-year institutional support co-operation between the Swedish Environment Protection Agency and the Kosovo Environment Protection Agency, scheduled to begin next year.
