It is preferable that the first thing you do in the morning is to consume water, drink or eat nothing before doing so.
The water must be clean, don't add lemon or something similar to it, because clean water will pass into the organism immediately, but if it contains something it will stay longer in the womb and thus fail to perform the role you need in the morning.
