Double standards in tenders: The OP postponed sessions until the company adjusted the documents

Although company “Freedom-Med” has participated in this tender, during the phase of reviewing factory offers that produce the bar that the Kosovo company has offered to the Ministry of Health, with demand to eliminate it from the tender, because it said, they are not sure if they will be able to produce enough of this grass to bring to Kosovo. After the Ministry of Health eliminated it, the company “Freedom-Med” has complained in the OSP.
Although this case was in line to be handled earlier by the institution, the OSHP has postponed the session for two weeks to enable the company to obtain a new document through which it would testify that this product could be brought to Kosovo.
