Abuse of unhealthy foods like candy and chocolate that you love so much, and lack of physical activity has left their mark, and now it's time to remove them.
Things would be easier if you would erase your rubbers the way you do your pencil, but it would take work and the will to lose excess pounds. Perhaps not so much especially if you have to lose the last two kilos that bother you so much. Living offers you a very interesting diet, which, although long ago, has received a very special attention this summer.
The milk diet is born of Portuguese nutricionists and has subsequently spread throughout the world. It's a very strict regime where milk is the main base of it, accompanied by a few meals such as chicken, beef, fruit, and cheese.
Unlike previous diets, which have detailed details of what will be consumed in respective meals, this diet allows its followers to choose whether to consume foods predicted in the day. Diet is interrupted after a week and you can resume at will.
Day you saw it: 6 cups of milk without fat
Day two: 4 cups of milk + 2 fruits of the season (as we are toward the end of the cherry season), you can combine a handful of cherry cream + 1 peach)
Day three: 2 cups of milk + 1 apple+1 bananas+ 50 grams of fat-free white cheese
Day four: 4 cups of milk + 1 green apple + 1 fileto chicken cooked in pans without salt, spices and oil
Day five: 2 cups of milk + 2 peaches + 1 egg and boiled + a steak cooked in lotter with little extra virgin olive oil upstairs
Day six: 2 cups of milk + 1 pear + 1 egg and boiled + 1 fileto black chicken accompanied with a little white cheese and vegetables in Zharca (pateljans, red peppers, pumpkins)
Day seven: 3 cups of milk + 3 season fruit you choose at will
Day eight: 2 cups of milk + 10 cherry and strawberries + a bifket cooked in loter and 50 pounds of cheese 1 white
