The Independent Qualification Commission has confirmed on duty the head of the Constitutional Court, the Dedjen Union.
Independent Qualification Commission at the June 8th session said Dedja had appeared co-operative during the e-mail account, in which the 25-year-old career judge had the burden of testing.
Calculating the clear links of the chief constitutional judge, as well as professional skills, Commissioner Jansila Pine stayed long on his assets, loans and debt contracts with relatives.
The constitutional judge results in a residence in the capital and a loan of 120 thousand euros. But, suspiciously, 25 thousand euros of the loan received from him was introduced to two family members. In a contract, his brother-in-law lent him 10,000 euros in debt through a signed statement while he was abroad. The declaration of this debt is subsequently corrected and lends brother-in-law as a loan.
But lawyer Max Hadzia does not view it as problematic, for he feels that this moment is document accuracy. In the other contract, his brother lent him a debt of 15 thousand euros, the same time he himself received a 40 thousand euros loan.
The next episode where the Independent Qualficiation Commission stopped is linked to an apartment in Golem, belonging to Dedje's brother. But, the commission asked why the electricity contract results on behalf of the Dedje Union.
