On Sunday, the final phase of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue will be launched, from which it aims to deal with a legally binding agreement for both states. In this process Kosovo goes into disunited, since until-a consensus efforts have failed, Koha Ditore writes today.
At the level of presidents, this phase of talks will take place. Federica Moghrini, senior representative for Foreign Policy and Security, will facilitate the process that takes place in Brussels. For the weekend meeting it has already forwarded the invitation to Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, and to his Serbian counterpart, Aleksandar Vuciq.
Moghrin's office has unveiled on Tuesday the date of the meeting and indicated that the dialogue will be intense. The high representative and presidents will continue their work in the phase of the comprehensive normalisation of the dialogue, to consider existing agreements, inform about the resulting achievements, as well as discuss the next steps given the intensive period before”, says a report issued by this office.
